As with all things that require several members to work together, coordination-or lack thereof-can have a tremendous impact on the outcome. When many skillful individuals work together it is very useful to follow a methodological approach when coordination and communicating with each other. This 1-hour interactive online course will analyze project scopes, scheduling, quality control, and the permitting process, all items that will need to be coordinated before and during the design of the project. You will be armed with all the knowledge and skills you need to coordinate and communicate effectively throughout your organization. Use this course to enable a successful project, all the way from the pre-proposal to final construction.

Vincent Reynolds, M.B.A., P.E. has over 8 years of experience as a consulting engineer. He is currently a Roadway Design Manager in the consulting field. His experience includes geotechnical engineering, civil site development, construction materials testing, storm water management, highway design, traffic engineering, FAA and DOT projects. His work involves staff management, training, scheduling, budgeting, and all facets of civil engineering. Mr. Reynolds has experience with projects throughout the contiguous United States. Mr. Reynolds is a Licensed Professional Engineer and a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers.
