This course provides an overview of scheduling techniques, plus an introduction to the background, principles and techniques of Critical Path Method(CPM)Schedule application for the management and control of projects. The course emphasizes the basic concepts of CPM scheduling and the application of those concepts. Topics covered include scheduling techniques, specifying the schedule, developing and integrating the schedule, relating schedule and cost, and delay claims and analysis. This course provides a basic foundation for project planning and scheduling. It is divided into eight sections and a quiz follows each section. You must complete the quiz before moving on to the next section. This course is worth 8 credit hours.
