Organizing workplaces with 5S improves efficiency by exposing waste so it can be eliminated and prevented from recurring and making standards known so that all employees can easily follow them. The five S’s are sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain. This course will discuss how to perform each of the five S’s and their benefits.
