This course covers value-driven development. In this, we discuss how to determine the amount of time and effort to spend on a project. It also discusses how to determine when to expend time and resources on any one or more features, functions, procedures, parts, and/or elements of that project over others. This course makes clear what the value is and how utilizing agile project management approaches can deliver to that value.
