Course Objectives
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

- Explain the purpose of OSHA regulations in safeguarding employees
- Review the OSHA standard categories and General Duty Clause requiring employers to protect employee safety
- Understand the process for adoption of standards and the requirement for informing employees of OSHA standards and relevant actions
- Relate employee rights, information posting rules, and requirements for reporting injuries
- Describe the process for incident investigations, workplace inspections, citations, violations and penalties
- Describe OSHA's Multi-Employer Citation Policy and define the associated employer roles
